Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- strawberry jam
- sifted powdered sugar
Method
- Cream butter and cream cheese.
- Beat until light and fluffy. Add flour, mixing well.
- Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut with a 2-inch round cutter.
- Place 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheets.
- Spoon 1/4 teaspoonful of jam on each cookie.
- Fold opposite sides together, slightly overlapping edge.
- Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
- Remove to wire rack to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
