Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- fresh peaches
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
Method
- Line pie shell with peach slices.
- In a pan, melt butter.
- Add eggs and sugar.
- Mix well.
- Pour over peaches.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 400°.
- Serve with fresh whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
