Ingredients

  • 1 (19 7/8 ounce) packageitalian mild sausage links, grilled and coin-sliced
  • 1 lb rigatoni pasta
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 large red pepper, sliced into chunks and sauteed
  • 26 ounces pasta sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Method

  • Cook rigatoni according to package instructions, keep warm.
  • In large pan, place olive oil and garlic.
  • Saute lightly for about 30 seconds.
  • Add pepper and cook until crisp tender.
  • Combine cooked sausage and pasta sauce with peppers and heat till warm.
  • Mix with rigatoni and top with fresh parsley.
