Ingredients
- 1 (19 7/8 ounce) packageitalian mild sausage links, grilled and coin-sliced
- 1 lb rigatoni pasta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 large red pepper, sliced into chunks and sauteed
- 26 ounces pasta sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Method
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions, keep warm.
- In large pan, place olive oil and garlic.
- Saute lightly for about 30 seconds.
- Add pepper and cook until crisp tender.
- Combine cooked sausage and pasta sauce with peppers and heat till warm.
- Mix with rigatoni and top with fresh parsley.
