Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. margarine
- 4 egg yolks (save whites)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In large bowl, combine ingredients, except for flour.
- Mix on medium speed for one minute.
- Gradually add flour.
- Roll dough into one-inch balls.
- Roll into egg whites, then nuts.
