Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 large bag Frito corn chips (original)
- black olives, chopped (to taste)
- 1 or 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- 1 or 2 white or yellow onions, chopped
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can enchilada sauce
Method
- Fry hamburger with dry onions.
- Stir in enchilada sauce. Combine with remaining ingredients and pour into baking pan or casserole.
- Bake at 325° until cheese melts (about 20 to 30 minutes).
- Spoon out or cut into squares for serving.
