Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Lightly grease 10-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate.
- Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater.
- Pour evenly into pie plate.
- Bake until top is golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
- Garnish with tomato slices and bacon strips if desired.
- Refrigerate any remaining pie.
- Makes 6 servings.
