Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
- 1 c. shredded Swiss, Jack or Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. Bisquick
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Lightly grease pie dish.
- Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion on bottom of dish.
- Place remaining ingredients in blender; cover and blend on high speed 1 minute.
- Pour into pie dish.
- Bake until golden brown and knife inserted into center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
- You can use any kind of meat you care to.
- (Veggies are good.)
