Ingredients
- 4 whole eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 stick oleo/butter
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- pinch of salt
Method
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch pie pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean when inserted in center of pie. This pie provides its own crust, coconut custard filling and coconut topping.
