Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1 c. cheese
Method
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
- Cook and stir beef and onions over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain.
- Stir in salt and pepper.
- Spread in plate.
- Beat milk, eggs and baking mix until smooth (15 seconds in blender or 1 minute by hand mixer).
- Pour into plate.
- Bake 25 minutes.
- Top with cheese of your choice and bake until cheese is melted.
