Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup butter
- margarine
- 12 oz. yellow cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 cups milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Preheat to 350 degrees F. Layer macaroni, butter and cheeses in order given in 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Pour milk over top.
- Bake one hour uncovered.
- Cover at the end of the baking time if it is getting too brown.
