Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 34 cup frozen juice concentrate, thawed
- 34 cup 2% low-fat milk or 34 cup skim milk
- wooden stick
- paper cups
Method
- Combine yogurt, fruit juice concentrate and milk.
- Pour into 6 or 7 small paper cups.
- Freeze until partially set and insert a wooden stick into centre of each.
- Freeze until firm.
- Peel off paper cup when ready to serve.
