- 3 to 4 lbs. short ribs
- 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 med. onions, sliced
- 1 8 oz. pkg. noodles and additional water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Brown ribs in 2 tablespoon oil, mix tomato sauce, mustard, worcestershire sauce, sugar, and vinegar.
- Add 1 can water.
- Pour over meat, add onions.
- Simmer 2-2 1/2 hours.
- Add one more cup of water and then noodles.
- Cook 20 minutes more.
