Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lbs. short ribs
  • 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 med. onions, sliced
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. noodles and additional water
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Method

  • Brown ribs in 2 tablespoon oil, mix tomato sauce, mustard, worcestershire sauce, sugar, and vinegar.
  • Add 1 can water.
  • Pour over meat, add onions.
  • Simmer 2-2 1/2 hours.
  • Add one more cup of water and then noodles.
  • Cook 20 minutes more.
