Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea Boiled, Kabli Channa
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 3 cloves garlic Crushed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- pepper Balck, to taste
- salt ot taste
Method
- Crush boiled chickpea in a food processor or on a Sil Batta (Flat stone grinder) to a smooth texture then add all ingredients and blend.
