Ingredients
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. chopped bananas
- 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 8 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. pecans
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine dry ingredients, add eggs and oil, stir until moistened (do not beat).
- Stir in vanilla, pineapple and pecans.
- Add bananas.
- Spoon into greased, floured cake pan (3 layers).
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
