Ingredients

  • 1 cup cut up cooked turkey
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 12 cup crouton
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 14 cup diced roasted almonds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 14 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup croutons or 12 cup crushed potato chips

Method

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients except cheese and 1/2 cup croutons.
  • Divide between 2 ungreased 1 1/2 cup casseroles.
  • Sprinkle cheese and 1/2 cup croutons on tops.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
