Ingredients
- 1 cup cut up cooked turkey
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 12 cup crouton
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 14 cup diced roasted almonds
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 14 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 cup croutons or 12 cup crushed potato chips
Method
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients except cheese and 1/2 cup croutons.
- Divide between 2 ungreased 1 1/2 cup casseroles.
- Sprinkle cheese and 1/2 cup croutons on tops.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
