Ingredients
- 4 or 5 medium squash, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 lb. American or Velveeta cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook squash and onion in butter and a little water until tender; drain.
- Add pepper and cheese and stir until cheese melts. Put in dish and top with bread crumbs.
- Heat in oven at 350° for about 20 minutes or until browned.
