Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 to 3 tsp. red pepper (2 for mild and 3 for hot)
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can water
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat for 1 hour; stir occasionally.
