Ingredients
- 2 (14 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. cilantro leaves
- 1 medium jalapeno, minced
Method
- Drain liquid from 1 can of tomatoes.
- Pour into blender or food processor.
- Pour entire contents of the other can into liquid from previous can of tomatoes.
- Add onion, salt, garlic salt, cilantro leaves and jalapenos; blend well.
- Add the tomatoes from the drained can; blend just slightly to break up the tomatoes into pieces.
- Pour sauce into container and chill.
- Will last for a couple of weeks in refrigerator.
