Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes (red)
- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. water
Method
- Cook potatoes in jackets, cool and slice.
- Fry bacon.
- Add onion and bacon to potatoes.
- In small amount of bacon grease, blend in sugar, flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
- Remove from heat and add vinegar and water, stirring until well blended and smooth.
- Pour over potatoes and mix.
- Best if not refrigerated.
