Ingredients
- 1 medium can sliced pineapple
- 1 medium can peach halves
- 1 jar apple rings
- 1 medium can pear halves
- 1 medium can apricot halves
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sherry (sounds like too much, but it isn't)
Method
- Drain all the fruit.
- Cut pineapple slices in halves, also peaches if they are extra large.
- Arrange fruit in alternate layers in large, medium-deep casserole dish.
