- 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 c. grated shredded cheese
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 c. crab meat, shredded
Method
- Cook green pepper in butter for 5 minutes.
- Blend in flour. Add next 3 ingredients.
- Add tomato sauce, cheese and egg.
- Cook 5 minutes more.
- Add milk and crab meat.
- Serve as a dip, on toast, or in patty shells.
