- 2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. chopped almonds
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. chow mein noodles
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except cheese and noodles.
- Place in well buttered casserole dish.
- Sprinkle on cheese.
- Cover with noodles.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 450°.
