Ingredients
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1 c. blanched almonds
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 4 tsp. chopped onion
- 6 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Put in buttered casserole dish.
- Top with toasted almonds or Chinese noodles.
- Bake 30 minutes at 375°. Serves 12.
