Ingredients
- 1 (11 1/2 oz.) can condensed bean with bacon soup
- 1 c. shredded sharp American cheese
- 1/4 c. finely chopped canned green chili peppers
- 1 tsp. instant minced onion
- dash of garlic powder
- corn chips or tortilla chips
Method
- In saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients and 1/4 cup water. Heat slowly, stirring constantly, until heated through.
- Transfer to fondue pot or small chafing dish.
- Keep warm over fondue or chafing dish burner.
- Add water to thin, as necessary.
- Serve with chips.
- Makes about 2 cups.
