Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 3/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 8 franks
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Saute onion until tender in fat in skillet.
- Add paprika, pepper, sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and vinegar.
- Slit franks lengthwise, arrange in baking dish.
- Pour sauce into slits.
- Bake 20 minutes, basting often.
- Makes 4 servings.
