Ingredients
- 2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- garlic powder to taste
- paprika
Method
- Drain artichoke hearts, cut into quarters.
- Add mayonnaise, cheese and mix.
- Place in casserole dish; refrigerate until ready to bake.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 400°, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
