Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Spoon into 9-inch shallow baking dish.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned. Sprinkle with green chilies.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, etc.
- Makes 2 cups.
