Ingredients
- 4 strips bacon
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 3 c. frozen LeSueur peas, cooked
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 c. shredded lettuce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Dice bacon and saute until crisp.
- Remove bacon from skillet. Saute onion in the bacon grease.
- Remove onion from skillet.
- Put peas, butter, water and lettuce in skillet and cook until lettuce is wilted.
- Add bacon and onion.
- Heat through and serve.
