- 1 lb ground Venison burger
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 to 2 spoons of prepared Horseradish
- 1/2 tsp ground sage
- 4 slice of bacon
- 4 slice of cheese ( your choice)
- 4 buns, lettuce, and tomato, etc.
Method
- mix venison WELL with first 8 ingredients.
- shape mixture into patties.
- wrap a strip of bacon around outside of each patties and secure with a toothpick
- grill, broil, or pan sear each patty until done, about 10 min.
- melt cheese on top and serve on bin with choice of condiments.
