Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground Venison burger
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 to 2 spoons of prepared Horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp ground sage
  • 4 slice of bacon
  • 4 slice of cheese ( your choice)
  • 4 buns, lettuce, and tomato, etc.

Method

  • mix venison WELL with first 8 ingredients.
  • shape mixture into patties.
  • wrap a strip of bacon around outside of each patties and secure with a toothpick
  • grill, broil, or pan sear each patty until done, about 10 min.
  • melt cheese on top and serve on bin with choice of condiments.
