Ingredients
- 2 lb potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 tsp prepared horseradish
Method
- Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender, around 12-15 mins. Drain. Return to pot and mash with remaining ingredients. Season.
