Ingredients
- 2 bag baby carrots
- 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. fresh gingerroot
Method
- Bring large pot of salted water to boil.
- Cook carrots until just tender, 12 to 15 minutes.
- Drain well.
- Place carrots in serving bowl and toss with butter, honey, and gingerroot.
