Ingredients
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. mustard
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Combine butter, honey, mustard and lemon juice; mix well.
- Cut slits in chicken and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken, meaty side down, in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
- Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Remove cover and turn chicken; bake 30 minutes or until well done.
- Baste occasionally.
