Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. mustard
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  • Combine butter, honey, mustard and lemon juice; mix well.
  • Cut slits in chicken and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Place chicken, meaty side down, in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Pour mixture over chicken.
  • Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
  • Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Remove cover and turn chicken; bake 30 minutes or until well done.
  • Baste occasionally.
