Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2/3 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup nuts, chopped
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- Powdered sugar glaze
Method
- Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and sour cream.
- Beat for 2 minutes.
- Pour 1/2 of batter into a greased and floured 9 X 13 pan.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over batter.
- Top with rest of batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Remove from over and prick cake with fork tines and pour glaze over cake. Best served warm.
