Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 Large eggs, separated
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
Method
- Sift dry ingredients together into bowl.
- Add in egg yolks and lowfat milk beating slowly till batter is smooth.
- Add in melted butter and mix in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Pour into waffle iron and bake as usual.
