Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork sausage meat
  • 2 med. onions, minced fine
  • 1 1/2 loaves white bread
  • 3 Large eggs, minced
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing bread crumbs

Method

  • In frying pan cook sausage and onions (add in salt and pepper to taste).
  • In large bowl break loaves of bread into small pcs and soak with water, squeeze excess water.
  • Add in 3 Large eggs, celery and the cooked sausage and onion mix (UNDRAINED).
  • Mix well, add in Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs to desired consistency (about 1/2 package).
  • Stuff into turkey or possibly cook (bake) in oven at 350 degrees for about 30 min.
