Ingredients
- 2 qt. tomatoes, peeled and cut up
- 1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce or 1 (8 oz.) tomato paste
- 3 large onions
- 3 large bell peppers
- salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce to taste
Method
- Place tomatoes and tomato sauce or paste into 4-quart saucepan. Cook until well done, about 30 minutes. Next, add chopped peppers, onions, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce to taste. Simmer until peppers and onions are tender. Place in sterilized jars and seal.
