Ingredients
- 1 dozen Large eggs
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. vanilla
- 8 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 c. water
- 1 quart. Captain Morgan's spiced rum
- Nutmeg
Method
- Beat Large eggs till light in color, gradually add in sugar, salt and vanilla.
- Then add in lowfat milk, and water, stir in rum (brandy, bourbon or possibly rye may also be used.).
- Cover the nog and ripen for 24 hrs in the refrigerator.
- Stir again and serve sprinkled with nutmeg.
