Ingredients
- 8 ounces beef broth
- 4 ounces soy sauce
- 4 ounces dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons arrowroot or 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a 4 cup glass microwaveable container and stir well.
- Cover with plastic and cook on high power for 4 to 4 1/2 minutes or until thickened.
- This makes about 1 3/4 cups sauce.
