- 1 to 2 fresh jalapeno peppers
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, diced
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, diced and drained
- 1/3 c. red pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 1 to 3 Tbsp. snipped cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 small can tomato sauce
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl except small can tomato sauce. Pour into blender and blend slowly to desired thickness (blend in 3 to 4 small batches at a time).
- Mix in bowl and add some tomato sauce until desired consistency.
- Enjoy with regular or fat-free chips.
