Ingredients
- 1/2 c. low-fat or skim milk
- 1/2 c. juice or fresh juicy fruit
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. plain yogurt
- 1/2 banana (preferably frozen)
- a handful of berries
Method
- Combine all ingredients and blend.
