Ingredients
- 3 cup dry oatmeal
- 2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 1/2 cup peanut
- 1 1/2 cup flax meal
- 1 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tsp Vanilla
Method
- 1. Stir all ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 2. Once chilled, roll balls into 1" diameter balls. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
