Ingredients
- 2 1-lb. cans whole carrots
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 medium onion, sliced to form rings
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup salad oil
Method
- Drain carrots.
- Layer carrots and onion rings.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together and beat 3 minutes - blender works well but whisk perfectly fine. Pour mixture over carrots and onions. Cover with lid and refrigerate 24 hours. Drain before serving.
- Keeps well.
