Ingredients
- 40 saltine crackers
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. dark brown sugar
- 5 oz. chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Line cookie sheet with foil.
- Line the foil with the 40 saltine crackers.
- In saucepan, combine butter and sugar.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Boil 3 minutes.
- Pour over saltines.
- Bake 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and return to oven for 12 seconds.
- Spread melted chips over saltines and refrigerate 2 hours.
- Peel from foil and break into pieces.
