Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. finely minced onion
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans condensed vegetable soup
- 2 1/2 c. water
Method
- In large saucepan, cook bacon till crisp.
- Remove from pan and crumble.
- Saute/fry onion in bacon drippings till lightly browned.
- Add in the cream of mushroom soup and stir till smooth.
- Add in vegetable soup, bacon and water.
- Heat to serving temperature, stirring occasionally.
- Serves 8-10.
