Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 cans condensed minestrone soup
- 1 (31 oz.) can pork and beans
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Method
- Saute ground chuck, onion and garlic in skillet until beef is browned and onion is tender.
- Drain pan drippings, then pour mixture into a Dutch oven or large pot.
- Stir in soup, beans, celery, Worcestershire sauce and oregano.
- Simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes.
