Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 large onion
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 lb. pork sausage (hot)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) Velveeta cheese
Method
- Fry ground chuck, sausage and onions.
- Drain grease.
- Pour mixture into crock-pot.
- Mix together soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Then add to crock-pot.
- Cut cheese into small pieces and add to mixture (mix well).
- When cheese is melted, dip is ready to serve with your favorite chips.
