- 2 lb. stew meat
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of pepper
- 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. peeled and sliced potatoes
Method
- Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.
- Add water to cover (about 2 cups).
- Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 12 to 18 hours or 5 to 7 hours on high.
