Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. 95% to 98% fat-free sandwich ham, chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) can pineapple
- 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. low calorie mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 4 lettuce leaves, torn into small pieces
Method
- Drain pineapple; throw juice away.
- Cut pineapple into small, tiny pieces.
- Combine first six ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Mix well.
- Cover salad and chill.
- Serve salad on a bed of lettuce leaves.
