Ingredients

  • 1/2 pounds Salted Salmon
  • 1/2 White Onion
  • 2 Large Tomatoes, Seeed, Diced
  • 1 cup Crushed Ice
  • 1/4 cups Green Onion
  • Lettuce Leaves For Serving (optional)

Method

  • De-bone and remove the skin of the salmon. In a bowl, tear fish into pieces by hand (it is a traditional way to do it, but you can just chop the salmon if you want to). Add white onion and tomatoes. Mix with your hands. Chill for few hours. Add crushed ice and green onion just before serving. Mix, serve on lettuce leaves if desired, and enjoy!
