Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. cream
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. powdered ginger
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Combine sugars, cream, butter and ginger.
- Boil to soft ball stage, stirring constantly.
- Cool to lukewarm; add vanilla.
- Beat until creamy.
- Add pineapple and nuts; spread on oiled surface to harden.
